TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers are
liable for any damages/breakages.
We do not allow any other food on premises except that is catered for by a
food hygiene rated professional.
We can cater to any allergen; however,
we must be made aware of
this in advance.
Please note that not all food can be converted to allergen
friendly.
Once we know what allergens are attending,
we may have to compose a
slightly different menu to suit all needs required, this means that some
guests may not get what they had requested as their meal choice if they have a
dietary requirement.
Please ensure you have discussed the cooking facilities at your venue and
check your menu choices before sending out invitations with choices on.
We travel up to an hour inclusive in the price. Additional travel expenses
may need to be worked out
if it’s over
this so please do provide postcode so we can check before giving our
quotes.
Deposit
An initial deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking to secure your
event booking date. This deposit will not be refundable if you cancel your
event.
The final figure is payable in full no later than 4 weeks before your event.
If the event is cancelled within the 4 weeks before your event then 60% of
the quoted balance would still be required.
Weddings held in marquees.
We are limited to a selection of meals we can provide
unless cooking equipment is
hired in. We would require a service tent attached
to the back on all marquee
weddings minimum size 20' x 20' (larger if possible) with close
access to our vans.
We would also require electricity points and a water supply (not a hose
pipe).
Cooking facilities – Ovens would need to be hired at an
additional cost if required by the customer.
