Our Formal Meals are served to your guests at the tables by our friendly  waiting staff. 

 

To provide this service we require a kitchen with cooking  facilities  or a catering tent where ovens would need hiring in. Where this is not  possible,  we may have to adapt some menu choices so that the food could be cooked offsite and transported hot. 

Please note that not all  menu choices can be transported hot so please do always check your choices before making final decisions.

 

You  are able to  choose 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 deserts to offer your  guests.

•  Mushrooms & Bacon  In  A Stilton, Cream & Garlic Sauce On A Large Crispy Crouton

•  Chicken Tikka Skewers & Cucumber Mint Raita

•  Meatballs in a  Chilli,  Garlic  and Tomato sauce with a Garlic Crostini

•  Home Made  Stilton and Broccoli  Soup & Croutons

•  Home Made Tomato and Basil Soup and Croutons

•  Flat Mushroom with a Stilton and Herb Crust

•  Chicken Breast in a Stilton and Garlic Cream Sauce, Crispy Diced Potatoes, Green Beans and Peas

•  Roast Loin of Pork filled with a  Peach  and Sausage Meat Stuffing,  Parsley Buttered New Potatoes, Mediterranean Vegetables served with a Peach and Cream Sauce

•  Capresse  Stuffed Chicken Breast, wrapped in  prosciutto  with a Tomato and Balsamic Reduction, New Potatoes, Green Beans and Peas

•  Piri  Piri  Chicken Thighs, Spicy Rice,  Buttered Corn  on the Cob, Coleslaw and Green Salad

•  Our take on a Paella, with Chicken and Chorizo (prawns  optional)  peppers, onions, green  beans,   cooked  in a spicy  tomato chicken  broth, served with Crusty bread and Green Salad

•  Slow Cooked Beef  with  Red Wine, Button Mushrooms, Shallots, Bacon, Carrots &Tomatoes  with Creamy Mash Potato, Green Beans and Peas
